Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. There are 64 terminations found in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied.
