The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 14 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.9V to operate this time clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, VIDEO uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs.
