Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 14 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, Crystal. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. Providing a maximum frequency of 230MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 1.7V~1.9V.
