This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tape & Reel (TR). A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 8:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. In total, 16 terminations have occurred.
