In the SC-74A, SOT-753 package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 2.8V~5.5V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. A -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher is not a problem.
