In the SC-74A, SOT-753 package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. 2.8V~5.5V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. A -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher is not a problem. Switching can be done at 100kHz~1MHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position. A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 5 terminations. Some of the control techniques used by these dc dc converter ics are PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. 3.3V nominal DC switcher's voltage input.
