The way of Tape & Reel (TR) is acceptable for shipping the power management.A convenient packaging is provided in the form of 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad .An easy-to-adapt universal mounting system is provided by Surface Mount .The power management is intended for use at Handheld/Mobile Devices as well as other applications.The operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~85°C to avoid mal-function.The power management works at 2.5V~6V voltage.To find more power ic's pin-to-pin solutions, try searching LP3910 .It has 48 terminals.As a POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT analog IC, the instruments designs has received much praise.A power managment ic with 48 pins is available.It is equipped with a Surface Mount that facilitates mounting on a PCB or other board.When operated at 5V voltage, the power manager is capable of performing a wide range of demanding tasks.This is ics supply of the Power Management Circuits series.At least 2.5V will be required to start the ic supplies.It is important for 7 channels to work together in order to maintain a high quality output.Voltages greater than 6V should not be applied to the power supply ic.For the power management chip to run, 5V power supplies are sufficient.
