Tray is an acceptable method of shipping the power management.It is packaged the power management in 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad for ease of transportation.Surface Mount is a universal mounting method that is easy to adapt.At i.MX Processors and other applications, this power management is targeted.It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -40°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunction.The power management works at 2.8V~5.5V voltage.It has 48 terminals.As a POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT analog IC, the instruments designs has received much praise.Supplied by 3.6V voltage, the power manager can accomplish the many demanding tasks.In order to start the ic supplies, it needs at least 2.8V .A network of 12 channels maintains the quality of output by cooperating together.You are not supposed to feed the power supply ic with voltage higher than 4.5V .It is also possible to detect ALSO REQUIRE SUPPLY VOLTAGE 3.7V TO 5.5V when using this integrated power supplies.
