The part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Using Inverter logic, it functions. A voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is needed to ensure full function of the part. An extended operating temperature of 0°C~70°C degrees Celsius. There is Surface Mount mounting in Surface Mount. Output current is 15mA 24mA in the high and low states. There are several in the 74ALS series. Total terminations are 14. The part has 6 functions that significantly boost the user experience. As part of ALS, this chip is used. 74ALS1004 can be used to search for device variants. A total of 14 pins are injected into the part body. Many applications require the use of this logic device with its Surface Mount mounting.
