Shipping overseas is convenient with the part packed in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. This logic works according to the NOR Gate principle. To ensure the part's full function, a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is needed. Operation at a temperature around 0°C~70°C.
