Due to its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, the part is convenient for international shipping. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. A NAND Gate logic principle governs its operation. To ensure the part's full function, a voltage of 4.75V~5.25V is needed. Increasing operating temperature to around 0°C~70°C. Mounted in Surface Mount. High and low output current states are both - 48mA. 7400 is its series number. 14 terminations have been made so far.
