The part comes in 8-VFSOP (0.091, 2.30mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tape & Reel (TR). AND Gate logic governs its operation. The part must have a voltage of 1.65V~5.5V in order to function properly. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~125°C.
