This part is conveniently packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tape & Reel (TR). This logic works according to the NAND Gate principle. This part needs a voltage of 4.75V~5.25V to function properly. Increasing operating temperature to around 0°C~70°C. Mounted in Surface Mount. High and low output current states are both 400μA 8mA. 74LS is the series it belongs to. A total of 14 terminations have been recorded. It has 3 functions that enhance user experience significantly.
