Shipping overseas is convenient due to the part's packing in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). The advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) provides high reliability. It works based on the NOR Gate logic principle. A voltage of 4.75V~5.25V is needed to ensure full function of the part. Operational temperature extended around 0°C~70°C.
