Packed in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the part is convenient for shipping overseas. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. A OR Gate logic principle governs its operation. A voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is required for the part to function properly. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C extended. Part Surface Mount is mounted.
