The part comes in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. A OR Gate logic principle is used to make it work. A voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is needed to ensure full function of the part. Increasing operating temperature to around 0°C~70°C. It is mounted in position Surface Mount. In the low and high states of output current, the current is 1mA 20mA. The 74F series contains it. 14 terminations have been made so far. There are 4 features that significantly enhance the user experience. The chip is a part of F/FAST. 74F32 can be used to search for device variants.
