This part is conveniently packaged in 14-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. The advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) provides high reliability. It works based on the XOR (Exclusive OR) logic principle. The part must have a voltage of 2V~6V in order to function properly. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C. Mounted in Surface Mount. Current output is 24mA 24mA in both the high and low states. This is part of the 74AC series. In total, there are 14 terminations.
