Shipping overseas is convenient with the part packed in 14-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Cut Tape (CT) is used. This logic works according to the Inverter principle. Voltage 4.5V~5.5V ensures the part's full functionality. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C extended.
