Due to its 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) packaging, the part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tube. NAND Gate logic governs its operation. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 2V~6V is required. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C are extended for operation.
