Due to its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, the part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. A Inverter logic principle is used to make it work. In order for the part to function correctly, a voltage of 2V~6V is required. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C extended. In Surface Mount, the part is mounted. - 5.2mA output current is - 5.2mA in the high or low state. It comes from the 74HC series. Total terminations are 14.
