The part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 16-SOIC (0.209, 5.30mm Width). This packaging method provides high reliability because it uses advanced packaging techniques. It works based on the Inverter logic principle. A voltage of 2V~6V is required for the part to function properly. Increasing operating temperature to around -55°C~125°C. The part is mounted in Surface Mount. Current output is 5.2mA 5.2mA in both the high and low states. It comes from the 74HC series.
