A AND Gate logic principle is used to make it work. Voltage 4.5V~5.5V ensures the part's full functionality. Operational temperature extended around 0°C~70°C. The part is mounted in Surface Mount. 400μA 8mA is the output current's high and low states. 74ALS is its series number. There are 14 terminations totally.
