This part is conveniently packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), making it easy to ship abroad. A high level of reliability can be achieved through the use of an advanced packaging method Cut Tape (CT). Inverter logic is the basis of its operation. Voltage 1.65V~3.6V ensures the part's full functionality. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C. It is mounted in position Surface Mount. In the low and high states of output current, the current is 24mA 24mA. The 74LVCU series contains it. A total of 14 terminations have been recorded.
