The part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width). High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Cut Tape (CT). A NOR Gate logic principle is used to make it work. The part must have a voltage of 3V~18V in order to function properly. Operation at a temperature around -55°C~125°C. A Surface Mount mount is used for this part. Output current is 3.4mA 3.4mA in the high and low states. This is part of the 4000B series. The total number of terminations is 14. A significant improvement in the user experience can be achieved by the part since it has 2 functions. Search with CD4002 if you are looking for device variants.
