Due to its 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packaging, the part is convenient for international shipping. High reliability is ensured by the advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). Based on the Inverter logic principle, it works. A voltage of 2V~5.5V is needed to ensure full function of the part. Operating temperature around -40°C~125°C extended.
