Shipping overseas is convenient with the part packed in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width). Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. According to AND Gate logic, the algorithm works. A voltage of 2V~6V is required for the part to function properly. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C extended. It is mounted in position Surface Mount. The high and low state of output current is 5.2mA 5.2mA. This is part of the 74HC series. A total of 14 terminations have been recorded.
