This part is conveniently packaged in 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), making it easy to ship abroad. Advanced packaging method Tube is used to provide high reliability. As a result, it works on the principle of OR Gate. Voltage 3V~18V is needed to ensure the part's full functionality. Extended operating temperature around -55°C~125°C.
