Inverter logic is the basis of its operation. Voltage 2V~6V ensures the part's full functionality. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C. The part is mounted in Surface Mount. In the low and high states of output current, the current is 5.2mA 5.2mA. The series 74HC contains it. 14 terminations have been made so far.
