Due to its 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packaging, the part is convenient for international shipping. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Cut Tape (CT) is used. As a result, it works on the principle of NAND Gate. A voltage of 2V~6V is needed to ensure full function of the part. Around -40°C~85°C is the extended operating temperature.
