This CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus widths. K-40°C~85°C TAw what the operating temperature is around -40°C~85°C TA. This is a member of the SAMA5D2 series. The CPU is cored with a ARM? Cortex?-A5 processor. LPDDR1, LPDDR2, LPDDR3, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, QSPI RAM controllers are used by this CPU. The microprocessor features interfaces I2C, SMC, SPI, UART, USART, QSPI for better service. There is 3.3V I/O running on this CPU. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC.
