Due to its 176-LQFP Exposed Pad packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas. The packaging method Tube provides high reliability. This CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores and 1 Core 32-Bit bus widths. Understand the operating temperature around -40°C~90°C TJ. This is part of the Sitara? series. The CPU is powered by a ARM926EJ-S core. There are SDRAM RAM controllers used by this CPU. To serve better this microprocessor features I2C, McASP, SPI, MMC/SD, UART interfaces. At 1.8V 3.3V, the CPU runs its I/O. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. Use AM1705 to search for variants of the cpu microprocessor. There are 176 terminations totally. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 1.2V voltage supply.
