Extended operating temperature around -40°C~125°C TJ. The Automotive, AEC-Q100 series contains it. ARM? Cortex?-A15 is the processor core of this CPU. A total of DDR3, SRAM RAM controllers are used by this CPU. A CAN, EBI/EMI, HDQ/1-Wire?, I2C, McASP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, PCIe, QSPI, UART interface has been added to this microprocessor in order to serve the user better. At 1.8V 3.3V, the CPU runs its I/O.
