This CPU uses DDR3, SRAM RAM controllers. With its CAN, EBI/EMI, HDQ/1-Wire?, I2C, McASP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, PCIe, QSPI, UART interfaces, this microprocessor will be able to serve you better.
