The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is appropriate for it. POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT is the analog IC that this power IC employs. There are currently 6 channels available. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is included with the smart tools battery. Surface Mount is the mount number for this electronic part. In this case, it's a Power Management Circuits family electronic part.
