This voltage supervisor has a total of 8 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 2.7V volt supply. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. In total, it has 8 pins on IC management. Power managment ic pin count is 8. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 2V volts. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 6V volts in this IC management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended.
