There are 8 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tube model. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. A supply voltage of 3.3V is used to conduct the PMIC chip.
