It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits.
