The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains this clock generator. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock.
