As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. As part of the 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. A clock generator's input is called Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. It provides a maximum frequency of 640MHz. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.25V~3.63V.
