The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain NOT SPECIFIED degrees of temperature during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 48 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 2.5V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVTTL, SSTL-2 as its input.
