Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 100MHz Max. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. As long as there are 3V~3.6V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of LVPECL logic.
