As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 64-TQFP Exposed Pad package. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, HSTL, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL, Crystal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 756MHz Max. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There are 2.375V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL.
