As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 28-LCC (J-Lead) package. PECL, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 800MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer.
