This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 52-TQFP package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. There are 52 terminations found in this file. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this clock generator, LVTTL is used as the input to the clock.
