Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains this clock generator. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. The supply voltage of 3V allows for high efficiency.
