Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains this clock generator. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. The supply voltage of 3V allows for high efficiency. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part.
