This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 52-TQFP package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 52 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, LVTTL is used as the input to the clock. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part.
