It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 48 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
