The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 32 terminations in this file. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal as its input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An up to 1.175GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer.
