As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 300MHz. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel.
