As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. A clock generator's input is called CML, PECL, Data and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. There is a maximum frequency of 10.7GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 2.375V~3.63V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
