Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. 20 terminations can be found in frequency generators. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, Crystal.
